The newly revised 2017 raceday schedule is shown below:

If you have feedback please feel free to leave it on this thread and we'll see what we can do to make everyone comfortable for Round 1 in May!

I have combined the salient posts regarding the schedule into a single post below so they won't be confused with posts regarding the updated version.  This will likely be the last chance to complain about .... er .... I mean ..... suggest changes to the schedule.  :)

    Just two suggestions.

The LW Vintage class has not had enough competitors the last few seasons to support a stand alone race.  Maybe consider moving it to the 11:30 AM slot with combined with SuperStreet Heat 1 and run ClubSport as a stand alone race in the 12:10 slot.

I have concerns about the speed differential of running Vintage MW with Novice Middleweight Superbike (Novice GTU).  The riders on the faster bikes will have limited experience dealing with the speed differential.  Maybe just slot Vintage MW in and combine it with the Amateur 500 SuperSport race at the end of the day and run Novice GTU as a stand alone race in the 2:00 slot.

    Cedric Madden Replied:

    Hello All,

    In no particular order:

    - Can the Riders meeting start at 08:00 and practice at 08:30 that way the races could be 10:00 sharp?

    - Can the 250 be moved to before lunch to combined with Historic Vintage Lightweight?

What are you thoughts of having a pre-tech session on Friday evenings &/or Saturdays? My previous club held them at every track day to make the races smoother and easier on organizers

    2 months to go !!!!

    Then Tracy said:

The racers in Vintage LW also run the 250 race so it would be counter productive to combine those two races.

This post is here to notify everyone I've made changes to the schedule and they are reflected in the first post of this thread.  I've also combined all the posts related to the earlier version of this schedule into a single response to avoid confusion as to which version is being talked about moving forward.

    Let the consideration begin.....again.

Wait.  I'm confused.  How much does it really cost to run the Race Your Ass Off special?

Are you being serious, or are you trying to confuse the issue?  I'm confused.  Again.

Trying to confuse you is not a difficult task...

I did buy my ticket to the April 30 trackday though.
