SMRI Members,
We need to fill the following positions for the coming year. Some are elected and a ballot will be presented at the banquet to decide these elections. Some are appointed by me and I will make those decisions based on qualifications and availability of candidates. Needs are as follows:
ELECTED POSITIONS
Vice President (so far we have two nominations in Patrick Shea and Ken Kilness)
Treasurer (so far we have on nomination in incumbent Katrina D'Aloia)
New Rider Director (we have no nominations)
Track Marshal (this is the "official title" of the office we generally refer to as Chief Corner Marshal which was vacated by Keith Hahn early this year and filled in an appointed basis by Justin D'Aloia. So far we have one nomination in Justin D'Aloia)

Timing & Scoring Officer
In the appointed positions we'll need a NONRACER for Timing & Scoring, Starter, and Pit-Out Marshal, and Announcer though they can be track day riders. Most of the people who currently fill these positions are available next year, but some are immediate needs, particularly Timing & Scoring Officer and Contingency Director. Ideally we'd like the Contingency Director to also function as Timing & Scoring Assistant or in another office altogether as the time demands are not excessive.
